Restaurant 22:

Restaurant 22 is a fabulous 1 Michelin star restaurant. The entire experience, from arrival to coffee will give you and your special guest(s) that sense of utter decadence and make them feel truly special. This tends to be our ‘go to‘ celebration destination and each and every visit has been full of awe and wonder for us. Try the tasting menu and be blown away! Terrific value food for the quality. Fancett’s Bisto:

The family run restaurant is small and cosy. From the moment you swoosh through the velvet curtain you know you are going to have a great experience. The comfort and lighting in the restaurant make this one of the most romantic restaurants in Cambridge I have had the pleasure of eating in. Gorgeous food and a super lovely setting. The River Bar Steakhouse & Grill:

Part of The Varsity Hotel, The River Bar Steakhouse & Grill offer the combination of good food and a beautiful backdrop with plenty of choices available for veggie and vegan dinners too. Visit the rooftop bar while you are here. Super romantic, snuggle up under blankets on the heated terrace after your meal and share a cocktail or two whilst soaking up the stunning views over the city.

 

Vanderlyle:

Mill road is home to many innovative food businesses and Vanderlyle is part of that quality collective. The Vanderlyle team offer a set 5 course seasonal feast of a menu which is completely delicious and also happens to be completely vegetarian. The matching drinks packages (of 4 drinks) can suit all needs as you can choose an alcoholic, mixed on non- alcoholic package. Why not book to sit at the pass and watch the magic happen? Limoncello:

Mill Road based Limoncello uses the finest ingredients to create authentic and delicious Italian cuisine including; antipasti, pasta, pizza, and more. There is plenty of choice for vegetarian and vegan diners and the setting is beautiful. The covered outdoor area, The Sunset Garden, is perfect for romantic al fresco dining without the worry of the weather. In conclusion, great food, great atmosphere and great customer service. Get involved in the romantic small plates sharing experience at MJP Choose from a selection of the plant based, fish and meat small and large plates and relax while the talented staff group your choices into courses for you to enjoy. Chef Mark Poynton, of former one Michelin star Alimentum, uses the finest seasonal and local ingredients to create these tasty dishes. Go hungry and try as many of these wonderful plates as possible!
