Starting life as a food truck, Steak and Honour now have a restaurant in the city. These guys are extremely popular with burger connoisseurs and are my husbands personal favourite! He loves the juicy, American style of burger which these most definitely are. Quality ingredients, sourced locally where possible, are used to create a big, satisfying burgers. Don’t miss the grilled mac and cheese while you are there. Veggie options also available, as are gift vouchers and other merchandise. Recommended here in the Cambridge Foodies Tour. Smokeworks:

SmokeWorks is probably best known for its slow cooked meat, but it also hits the mark with its slow fast food burgers too. A rather delicious vegan burger is also on offer. Buffalo Joe’s food truck pops us in and around Cambridge weekly- see where and pre order here. They also have a restaurant in Bishop Stortford. The generous, crispy, and tasty crispy chicken burger is a huge hit with burger fans. Be sure to try the Korean fries; sesame seeds, spring onion, chilli, crushed wasabi peas, wasabi mayo and Korean sauce. Just delicious!
