Fen Ditton’s new addition, MJP at the Shepherds, offers a super-tasty Sunday lunch between 12:00-15:00 – booking is essential. Prices vary slightly, but roast tends to cost £16-£18- vegetarian option available. Top quality cooking by a Michelin standard chef. Check out their small plates too- excellent food.

Pint Shop:

Close to Kings College Chapel, Cambridge Chop House is a traditionally British restaurant. Using quality ingredients (locally sourced where possible), the Cambridge Chop House pride themselves on their Sunday roast and I can see why. Vegetarian options available.

South Cambridge based The Crown and Punchbowl has a large choice for Sunday lunch with prices ranging from £13.50 -£18 for a main dish. Fresh, seasonal produce and plenty of choice. Why not enjoy a walk by the river after lunch?

The Plough:

There is plenty of choice from the 3 course lunch menu, including vegetarian options at gastropub The Plough in Coton. The ethos is to create ‘classical dishes really well’ and this is reflected in the menu which includes favourites such as fish and chips.  A main course lunch costs about £15-17.
