National Trust’s Waterclose Meadows is set in beautiful countryside near the pretty market towns of St Ives and Huntingdon. These towns are within walking distance or take the Guided Bus into the city from St. Ives in just 40 minutes. The site boasts views over the Ouse Valley. Glamp here and hire a luxury camping pod which includes a double bed, en suite bathroom, kitchenette and hot and cold water supply. Pods are priced at £60-85 per night.

Guilden Gate:

Just 15 miles from the city, this super-cool, eco glamping option gives you the choice of The Coppice Woodland or The Secret Garden. The secret garden is a perfect romantic getaway for two, alternatively, the Coppice Woodland is suitable for couples or for larger groups as it includes a yurt and converted VW van. Both options are truly beautiful. Think wood-fired hot tub, solar powered shower, king size bed and quality outdoor (but covered) kitchen.
