Alternatively, why not try a flammekueche at the Grafton Centre’s Amelie? A little like a pizza but lighter, this classic flatbread is a thin yeast-free base (their own recipe of course), spread with seasoned crème fraiche, then topped with high quality, local ingredients and stone-baked. Both savoury and sweet versions available.
