Science themed, luxury cocktail bar The Lab is currently undergoing a major refurbishment but is due to reopen its doors in September 2021 so needed to be included. Here you will find classic and bespoke cocktails which, as the science theme suggests, are the creations of the scientist owners. A beautiful 1920’s décor completes the experience.
